Why should I calibrate?

Most often calibration is performed to be able to secure the quality of your product, due to customer demand or due to legislation to prevent “out of compliance” situations. But even if you do not need to calibrate, there are several advantages to calibration. With calibrated equipment you can run your process closer to  your   specification limits and narrowing down your margin of error. In turn this will reduce scrap meaning less usage of raw materials and saved money.

Calibration of instruments is vital to the pharmaceutical industry. That is why we provide several calibration solutions and services.

The mobile calibration rigs for quantity, flow and pressure enable production sites to securely handle calibration on-site. This is a key value proposition as it omits the necessity of sending equipment to external calibration laboratory, which introduces the risks of contamination, damage, lost in transit, and delays. The calibration rigs allow you to calibrate the equipment in-line – no need for dismantling.

The aim is to reduce the calibration time and increase production uptime, while supplying an easy means of handling calibration. This is possible as calibration can be performed when it fits in the production schedule. Depending on your need the rigs can be supplied with documentation and full validation.

The Insacal conductivity master meter is a hand-carried accredited conductivity calibrator that can be used to calibrate in-line sensors. The calibration of the in-line sensor can be carried out in two ways: Either performed at-line in a Lab Stand or T9 tank. Or where the master meter is placed on-line directly onto the production line, while the in-line sensor stays in the production line (in-situ)

Insacal Conductivity Meter

Our Condutivity Meter validates and calibrates your inline conductivity sensors directly in production — without stopping the process, removing sensors, or introducing uncertainty.
Available in several models, for both low and high conductivity applications, ranging from a PRO to a handheld version.

Flowkalibreringsvogn Ny 16 9

Insacal Flow Rig

Our Flow Calibration Rig enables on-site, mobile calibration of in-line flow meters, reducing calibration time from days to hours. Its fast response time makes scheduling calibrations easy with minimal downtime.
Available in multiple models, from 5 to 100 ton/h.

Pressure Rig 16 9

Insacal Pressure Rig

Our mobile Pressure Rig brings laboratory precision directly to your production, allowing you to quickly and accurately test your pressure transmitters without sending them off-site.
Available for pressure ranges from -1…250 bar.

Batch Rig 16 9 Ny

Insacal Batch Rig

Our Batch Rig simplifies on-site calibration of tank load cells. By precisely filling tanks with water, it replaces the manual handling of heavy weights, making calibration as easy as pressing a button. Fast, accurate, and easy to connect via flanged pipework or Tri-clamps.
Available for dosing ranges from 250…30.000 kg/h.
