How can pressure transmitters be tested quickly and accurately – without having to remove them from production?
For one of our customers in the pharmaceutical industry, the answer was a specially designed mobile pressure test cart that combines flexibility, quality and documentation requirements in a single solution.
The solution was developed for the pharmaceutical industry, but the concept can be adapted to a wide range of applications across the food and process industries.
Operating in an industry with stringent documentation and compliance requirements, the customer needed a way to calibrate and verify their pressure transmitters without having to transport them to and from the laboratory.
We designed and delivered a mobile pressure test cart – a mobile workbench equipped with integrated test and measurement equipment. This enables technicians to perform pressure tests with laboratory-level accuracy directly in the production environment.
The cart is practically designed with space for all the necessary equipment and tools, while being easy to move between locations. This provides maximum flexibility and helps reduce production downtime.
Today, this solution is what we call Insacal Pressure Rig.
