Additional Calibrations
Gain a deeper understanding of the linearity of the sensor with a multi-point comparison calibration. This complements the standard calibration of the Insacal® Conductivity Meter, 6-point accredited temperature calibration and an accredited electrical calibration of the transmitter.
Insatech Calibration Laboratory offers a broad range of accredited calibrations, and the Insacal® Conductivity Meter can therefore be calibrated to your needs.
Tubes
At very low conductivity measurements, many elements can contribute to higher conductivity. One of these is the tubing used to pass the calibration solution through the flow fitting. Tubes vary in quality and heat transfer, both of which can have a significant influence on the calibration. Therefore, we highly recommend using our tested and verified tubes to ensure you get the best possible calibration. The tubes are supplied with mini-clamps at both ends.
Decade Box
A conductivity loop consists of two equally important parts: the sensor and the transmitter. To ensure you have the best possible conductivity measurement, you need to check your transmitter as well as the sensor. With our decade box, you can check your transmitter at multiple points.
T9 Calibration Tank
Insacal T9 Calibration Tank for Insacal Conductivity Meters enables efficient loop calibration of your conductivity sensors. Your sensor can be connected directly to the tank together with the Insacal Conductivity meter.
The tank holds up to 9 litres of calibration solution, which is circulated by an integrated pump through both the unit under test and the Insacal Conductivity meter. This ensures a stable flow and makes sensor calibration straightforward and reliable.
T14 Calibration Tank
Insacal T14 Calibration Tank for Insacal Conductivity Meters enables efficient loop calibration of your conductivity sensors. Your sensor can be connected directly to the tank together with the Insacal Conductivity Meter.
The tank holds a larger volume and higher temperature than our T9 Calibration Tank, allowing for extended calibration setups and increased flexibility. The solution is circulated by an integrated pump through both the unit under test and the Insacal Conductivity Meter. This ensures a stable flow and makes sensor calibration straightforward and reliable.

Fittings
If the standard fittings are not sufficient, we can supply special fittings on request – for example, fittings that allow you to connect long sensors as well as a variety of process connections.
Transportation and storage case
Keep your Insacal Conductivity safe during transport or storage with a custom-fit Pelican case. The case interior is fitted with custom-tailored foam. The case also has wheels, which makes transporting your Insacal very easy.
